A Russel Hobbs deep fryer that I bought in October 2018 is now faulty.

As I had registered it online, I had an extended warranty to October 2021.

It took ages for them to respond, and they asked for photos of the receipt and baseplate ident.

Now they want me to send them a copy of the registration email I "must have been sent".

Who keeps emails for over 2 years?

VM shrank their email folder allowance to almost nothing, just as they removed webspace and now usenet.

It was early evening before I felt properly awake. Then this morning something woke me well before 6, then a car horn at exactly 6:30 stirred me again.
