I woke with a start at 6:30. If it was the taxi again, a couple of neighbours are going to play merry hell.

I've felt pooped all day. A nap didn't help.

I woke more tired than when I went to bed.

Sore guts all day. I've had a few "loose" days, but after a hot bath I launched a torpedo.

I had a good night's sleep now that I have cleared the gut blockage. But my oldest dental filling, an amalgam one from the 80s, disintegrated last evening. I've been asked to take the bits for inspection on Thursday.

I was half awake for ages. The binmen were noisy, but I drifted off a few times after they had done their first pass.

I was woken just after 8 by someone hammering on a front door and yelling.

I was half awake, having bizarre dreams, but didn't check the clock until just after 7. But I drifted in-and-out for ages.

I woke, got bored, so I got up. OK so far, but we'll see if I made a mistake.
