I'm freezing cold again. The heating is on, I've 4 layers including a fluffy jumper and long John'S and I'm still bloody cold

The binmen woke me just after 8, but I dropped off again for half an hour.

All the way to collect my prescription and once again there is no pharmacist in so they won't hand the medication over.
They took over from a very good chemist and are a shower of shite. A few of them  can't speak English over the phone and this is the third time that the pharmacist has not been on site. When you ask for your prescription back, they can't do that either....without a pharmacist! They just say "sorry, call in tomorrow".
I've tried to ring them all afternoon but they are not answering the phone . I'm furious.

The lad's TV woke me, so I got up. It's going to be a weary day I think.

Something woke me well before dawn, but I dropped off again. A little less weary this morning, so far.
