Tesco sent a text to say the missus' missing prescription items were "ready to collect". I got there, and was told there was a 40-minute wait.



I wandered the store, got back after 35 minutes and was told there was a 40-minute wait:



A guy next to me said that he handed his prescription in over 2 hours earlier. And there was still a 40-minute wait.

Just then, the assistant I see most often told me that they didn't have one of the items, and it would not be available until next Wednesday. But she handed me the one item they did have. No 40-minute wait.

I had a really nice kip.

Something woke me just after 4am, then I nodded-off for short periods until I got bored.

The nap today was perfect, not even a peep from the rest of the family or cats.

I slept really well, but woke with a snotty cough.

No nap so far, as I have so much to do.

A lot of locals were in a flap about the Flood Alert, so I filmed how the river actually was, and they all went "PFT! That's nothing!"

The 20 mph roads are getting worse. 10 mph in places as people try to look for speed cameras and watch their speedos at the same time.
