I was woken at exactly 6am again, and then found it impossible to settle again.

I'm not feeling like I need a nap.

Yet again, I woke at exactly 6, but this time I dropped-off easily for a couple of hours.

Slept better last night

Walking near the gym, on the way to ALDI, I got flashed by a very muscular young woman who was wearing a long coat and nothing else.   

The low sun was behind me, so I suspect she only meant to flash the bloke I was several paces behind.

A good sleep, with no 6am wake-up. I actually woke after 8:30.

I was woken by cars having problems starting, then the sound of diesels chugging and windscreens being scraped. The missus got up early as she has a med she has to take an hour before breakfast.

Weary, but glad of the bargains and 10% off in Lidl.

I was woken at 6 again. But I soon dropped off again.

[Tâf]

I haven't stopped all day, so I shall have a short nap soon.
