I leant over the sink as I was rinsing it, and my nose released a torrent of liquid. Odd? I didn't feel congested?

I was woken by the street sweeper at 8, then again at 8:20. But it was a good night's sleep.

Last Monday, I handed the missus' repeat prescription request hand-to-hand to the Prescriptions Clerk (new role).

Tesco would have collected those scripts last Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.

No sign of them. So Tesco called the clerk whilst I was there, and he said there is no record of the repeat request.

Big poo-poo for the surgery as an NHS Trust official was at the pharmacy, and he said he was going to investigate urgently.

Tired, awful nights sleep

The GP surgery is not answering their phone, so I'll walk there before lunch. They now close every weekend, and Wednesday and Friday from noon.

No sign of the binmen, so I slept longer than anticipated due to the lack of noise.

Pol gave me a script for her new insulin, so I dropped it off at Tesco yesterday, but they had no stock.

I went over today and the GP had chosen insulin "vials" instead of "pens". So Pol is also going to call them tomorrow to get the proper item instead.

Slept better last night

The twins were both active and chatty before 8 this morning.

Back to the usual lousy nights sleep

I woke before dawn, then had no chance of dropping off again.

The lad woke me just after 7 when he shut his bedroom door like he was angry with it.

[Tâf]

The downpours woke me before dawn, then I just drifted in-and-out of slumber for a long while.
