I woke too early, got bored, got up.

Up early and feeling very drained. I've a nuisance tickly cough when I lie down that's constantly waking me. Probably the season change.

I was trying for a nap, then got stirred by a "BOOM!".

Then another, and another, and yet another.

I rushed downstairs to find the lad opening pots of homemade jam, giving them a sniff, then throwing them into the recycling bin. 6 jars!!

Were they mouldy? No.

Then I noticed 4 plastic trays of jam from a mate had been emptied and thrown into the sink.

Were they mouldy? No!

I asked what he was up to, and he said he was going to make a Victoria sponge cake.

Then I noticed the mess.....           

He had added 6 eggs instead of 4 "to make it fluffier". He got bored with sieving the flour, so chucked it, big lumps included. Then he ran out of flour, so added cornflour. 2 sachets of baking powder "to improve it".

Everything binned, and he just wandered-off to play online.

I was woken just after 8 by 2 blokes scraping moss off a neighbour's roof.

Tired. Waiting for a suitable time to nap

I'm freezing cold again.  The heating says it's 18c, the dog is fast asleep too warm, he is saying he's boiling hot and I've just put my dressing gown and a scarf over my clothes.
Time for a hot bath I think 🤔

I had a really nice kip, but still woke too early. I hope it's my bodyclock resetting for BST.

I was having a very bizarre dream when a car horn woke me at 8:05. I bet it was that damned taxi again.

Yep, they have phoned and said they will have to reinstall W10 so I'll loose everything I put on, so that's tomorrow sorted, luckily when I put Firefox back on I'll have my passwords back again
