Nothing woke me (hurray!) so I had a good lie-in.

Total fatigue has taken over. I could drop to the floor and sleep.

I'd just dropped off on the chair with a cover over me when the blasted dog erupted  at the window. It's a wonder I'm not stuck to the ceiling. My nerves are jangled

I think my body has changed to BST already.

It's lovely out there when I walked the dog and put the washing out. But the house is very cold. In fact I'm fed up of being cold.

Better now I'm getting more fresh air

Not so weary today, so I'm getting things done.

The haze cleared quickly, and my spirits lifted with the sunlight.

The binmen woke me, but I dropped-off for another hour.

I must have slept with my back exposed, as most of yesterday I had a crick in my back and neck. All OK today though after a good sleep.
