The Tesco gull Dawn Chorus woke me, then the heating kicked-in and woke me again. An argument in the street was the final straw, so I got up just after 9.

I woke gently to the calls of wood pigeons and collared doves. Then the magpies started machine-gunning them. 

[Tâf]

The wind dropped to nothing, so I was able to do the recycling triage outside without the risk of frostbite.

[Lisa]

Kalms did nothing for me.

But since I now have laryngitis, I'm dosing up on everything with vitamins in.
I'm sick of snot goblins making me ill

The Metal Fairy's megaphone woke me, then the sound of a hedge trimmer. I was a bit narked at that, but then I checked the clock and saw it was almost noon. 

[Tâf]

Despite the lie-in, I still took a short nap after lunch.

I woke gently for once and was able to cuddle down for a few minutes more. 

[Tâf]

I could do with a short nap, but it's been non-stop all day, and won't finish until I walk back from Tesco.

[Mike]

Sore left knee

I was slowly stirring when the Metal Fairy came past with his bl**dy megaphone just before 9am. 

I looked outside, and the Uni students have flooded the road and pavement with their cars yet again.

I read yesterday that Resident Only Parking will NOT be allowed if the majority of homes have off-road parking. That's in the Traffic Regulation Order law, so I have no idea why the process to bring it in here is still happening.

Popped after the shopping and manic traffic.
